Easy access to the airport and ferries, Butchart Gardens, Butterfly World and the quaint shops in the town of Sidney. Hiking and biking trails are close by, as well as Sidney Spit for a day trip. Close to Parkland Secondary if you need a school for your children, libraries, parks and many other amenities.

We are semi-retired Canadians who have a beautiful house in Victoria BC, Canada with an attached suite. We decided to put it on the vacation rental market once, while we were away travelling.
