This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground level suite in a huge high-end house on Viewmont Ave is perfect for larger groups. There are local shopping centers and restaurants all within walking distance, and it's a twelve-minute drive to downtown Victoria on the main highway.

The space features a comfortable living room, a kitchen table, a private covered patio with a BBQ & outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. Please contact us with any questions.

There's also a beautiful spacious backyard, which is shared with upstairs tenants. There is also a laundry room included, also shared with upstairs tenants.

All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! Plus, comfy slippers & luxury bath robes are included in your rental, so you will feel well-pampered when staying with us!

NOTE: The house also has another four-bedroom suite on the upper level that is available for rental on a separate agreement. The two units can be combined if you want to rent an entire 8-bedroom mansion.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTES:
The entire unit is wheelchair-accessible since it is a single-level suite on the ground floor with step-free access, a lit path to the entrance at night, a flat & smooth path to the entrance, and a very large parking spot in the driveway.

- Royal Oak Middle School (with playground & basketball courts) is less than a 10 minute walk away.
- Normandy Park (with playground) is less than a 10 minute walk away.
- Broadmead Village and Royal Oak Shopping Center are both less than a 5 minute drive away with restaurants, grocery, and other shopping options.
- Elk / Beaver Lake Regional Park is less than a 10 minute drive away with trails, beaches, and swimming. 
- Mt Douglas Golf Course is less than a 10 minute drive away.
- Mt Douglas Beach and Cordova Bay Beach are both less than a 10 minute drive away.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
