This big house on Gordon Head Rd (very close to UVic / University of Victoria) is ideal for wedding groups or larger gatherings. It has 3 well-furnished bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms, a dining room with 8 seats plus a kitchen table with 4 seats, a huge living room with a Roku TV, gas-powered fireplace, coffee table, and 6 comfortable lounge seats. There is also a great uncovered deck with a BBQ & seating area!

It's just minutes away from Shelbourne Avenue with its several malls, restaurants, pubs / bars, and entertainment centers. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria and the inner harbor attractions. It's close to over ten golf courses, open year round. Many Victoria attractions are less than a 15 minute drive away.

All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking.
