Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE - We are required by Provincial law to rent our properties for a minimum of 91 nights. Please take this into consideration when choosing your reservation dates.
About the Owner
We are semi-retired Canadians who have a beautiful house in Victoria BC, Canada with an attached suite. We decided to put it on the vacation rental market once, while we were away travelling.
