HOW IT WORKS: We will manage all your property expenses for you, ensure maintenance is always done in a timely manner, and keep your property in tip-top shape. We handle all guest interactions, cleaning between guests, and we provide ongoing maid service every 2 weeks during longer bookings. Best of all, we charge a percentage of rentals - so you pay us nothing if your property is not rented. We provide detailed monthly income & service reports, timely payments, and glowing guest reviews to maximize your property's potential.
Also, if you wish to use your property for a period of time at any point, simply give us appropriate notice and we will block off time for you to enjoy your own property.
NOTE: If your property is not fully furnished, we have furnishing packages available to turn your empty house or condo into a palace!
