This cute one bedroom suite is perfect for one or two people to enjoy the advantage of having all the amenties of home away from home. Wueen size bed, full kitchen, in suite laundry, and close to shopping and transportation routes. Tihs suite has a minimum stay of 30 nights and can accomodate long term stays as well. Must be able to negotiate stairs to the suite. Room to park one vehicle in the driveway.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

We are semi-retired Canadians who have a beautiful house in Victoria BC, Canada with an attached suite. We decided to put it on the vacation rental market once, while we were away travelling. We found it a very satisfying experience, and nowadays we manage 30+ properties in Victoria, BC. One of the most enjoyable aspects of our business is meeting people from all over the world!
