This property is within walking distance to Cedar Hill Golf Course with a well-loved walking path surrounding which is accessible all year round. Kings Pond as well as the gorgeous Playfair Park with its seasonal rhododendron and camas gardens offer natural beauty in this well placed area.

Centrally located this roomy suite is close to two mall areas with all their amenities as well as being a fifteen minute drive to the downtown area, sandy Willows Beach in Oak Bay, UVic, Camosun College, and many other attractions.

The suite itself is well appointed, with a gas fireplace for the winter months, offering all of the comforts of home. It overlooks the front garden from the living and dining areas. The lovely terraced garden can be viewed from the main bedroom and single bedroom/office at the back of the property. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the private lower deck with umbrella, which offers morning shade and afternoon sun. Nuthatches, hummingbirds and many other seasonal birds are easily viewed in the trees surrounding.
