This 4 bedroom upper suite in a brand new house on Brookridge Pl in the Glanford area of Saanich is perfect for larger families or groups working in town. It features a large fully-stocked kitchen, a dining area with 6 seats, a cozy living room with 6 lounge seats and Roku TV included, a full bathroom with combination shower / tub, a deck with BBQ & outdoor seating, and even a hot tub!

There are local shopping centers and restaurants all within walking distance. It's a 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria on the main highway.

All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking.
