This cozy 1-bedroom suite is one of our nicest suites, very centrally-located and close to many options for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It's less than a 15 minute drive away from downtown Victoria.

The space features a cozy living room with Roku TV with cable, 3 lounge seats, a coffee table, plus a computer desk & chair in the entryway. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. (Please call us at 778-700-9722 with any questions or requests.) The bedroom has its own Roku TV (also with cable) plus a king-size bed. There's also a luxurious covered gazebo / deck area with a BBQ & comfy lounge seats! The backyard is beautiful and well-maintained, and is shared with the upstairs tenants.

En-suite laundry is also included, as well as private driveway parking, with more on-street free parking available if needed.

All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! Plus, comfy slippers & luxury bath robes are included in your rental, so you will feel well-pampered when staying with us!

The suite is a single level home featuring step-free access, a lit path to the entrance at night, a flat smooth pathway to the front door, and a large parking spot.

This beautiful waterfront condo is located on Dartmouth Pl in the beautiful Blenkinsop area of Saanich. It's a centrally-located suburban area, surrounded by lots of beautiful trees.

- Playfair Park (with playground) is less than a 15 minute walk away.
- Reynolds Park (with basketball court) is less than a 20 minute walk away.
- The beautiful nature trails of Swan Lake are less than a 25 minute walk away.
- The Galloping Goose Trail, a multi-use bike / pedestrian trail is less than a 25 minute walk away.
- Thrifty Foods & The Root Cellar is less than a 5 minute drive away, for groceries.
- Cedar Hill Golf Course & Mt Douglas Golf Course are both less than a 10 minute drive away.
- Downtown Victoria is less than a 15 minute drive away.
- Willows Beach & Cadboro Bay Beach / Gyro Park are both less than a 15 minute drive away. Both are very popular big sandy beaches.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
